Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. All associates of Airstream are required to know and adhere to the policies and procedures which pertain to his/her position.

  • Develop and manage go-to-market strategies around new and existing product launches
  • Participating in cross-functional teams to influence product launch design and strategy
  • Lead activities around PPC, SEO, web design, email marketing, content marketing, and customer engagement specific to Travel Trailers
  • Partner with Airstream Dealers to grow sales through national, regional, and dealer-specific marketing programs, including but not limited to promotional programs, video production, product-specific website management, and lead management
  • Create, implement, and communicate strategies to ensure the customer encounters a quality experience at all touch points in the buying and ownership process
  • Guide and implement the strategy for Travel Trailers through online initiatives, content, social media, media
  • Develop and manage sales tools to aid in the dealer/customer buying process
  • Implement a wide range of marketing tactics and initiatives, including lead generation through advertising, social media, events, community engagement, email marketing, and all other digital channels.
  • Champion opportunities to continually review and evolve the collection of processes Airstream uses to track, oversee, and organize every interaction between the customer and Airstream
  • Influence senior stakeholders and staff to support and deliver proposed improvements via the appropriate channels and processes
  • Implement measurement tools to show improvements over time
  • Works with cross-functional teams to impact customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
  • Acts as an adviser to internal teams and leadership to provide key marketing statistics and customer insights
  • Develop Travel Trailers marketing plans for all dealers, with the management of promotion funds

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Lifestyle brand marketing experience
  • Dealer/consumer/retail background
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with MS Suite products
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
  • Experience in digital marketing, sales, product marketing, and/or product management
  • Proficiency in content management systems (Hubspot a plus). You will be expected to build product pages, optimize the conversion paths on those pages, and use dynamic calls-to-action to create and test buyer stage-specific calls-to-action
  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life
