Detailed Description:
The Project Manager will plan coordinate and execute the activities of multiple infrastructure and operations projects while delivering ontime within budget and meeting customer expectations
The Project Manager acts as a central hub for any request from business in regards to the initiative of types mentioned previously The project manager will ensure smooth coordination within various teams in Group IT in order to deliver quality solutions within agreed timelines and cost
The Project Manager works closely with various internal teams such as Demand Management Computing Network or Cloud in order to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Job Requirements:
Run projects prepare project plan and provide MIS reports to PMO office
Liaise with cross functional IT infrastructure team members
Manage mitigate project issues and risks
Manage project resources and team
Manage project board and stakeholders
Ensure availability of resources meeting of timelines and other project details
Ensure projects are aligned to and deliver against the Business objectives
Identify continuous improvement opportunities
Perform appropriate level of stakeholder management across IT and clients
Serve as highest project internal escalation level
Take appropriate actions if deadlines quality or budget are significantly at risk
Build and develop a high performing project team in order to deliver project results as per the business case
Additional Details:
Follow IT processes as required by PMO standards
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in accordance with defined quality management practices to achieve common objectives
