The role
Developing campaigns and regular customer activity is a critical part of our engagement strategy, helping our customers understand more about their pension and helping them to build the retirement they want. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you’ll work across a wide variety of stakeholders, including Digital, Proposition and Content teams, and you’ll support the development and delivery of some of our key engagement campaigns. Planning and attention to detail are central to this role – supporting our campaign planning processes and making sure that we prioritise activity effectively helps to make sure we’re always giving our customers the information and material they need.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a bright spark – someone who’s passionate about Marketing and communications, and who has already proven that they’re highly skilled in campaign delivery, ready to take the next step in their career.
You’ll be someone who loves the detail – loves understanding our customers and what they’re looking for, and loves delivering strong campaigns that are measurable
You’ll be highly creative, but also highly analytical – able to understand what the results are telling us and keen to develop your data skills.
We’re looking for someone with great attention to detail when it comes to campaign delivery – someone who’ll manage timescales and budget expertly, and who is always looking for ways we can improve how we work.
You’ll love working across a big organisation with lots of different stakeholders, and you’ll thrive on discussion and debate, confidently putting across your views to drive truly collaborative work.
