Job Role:

Provide Condition Monitoring Engineering support to customer’s onshore/offshore facilities to maintain the integrity of equipment ensuring safe, reliability, and efficient operations.

Duties include vibration monitoring, thermography, oil analysis, equipment troubleshooting, root cause failure analysis, maintenance support and continuous improvement of equipment health monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and operate Condition Monitoring programme for clients
  • Conduct onshore/offshore analysis of routine vibration data
  • Conduct CM surveys at clients premises
  • Does regular management and ensures availability of software alarms, machinery information, base lines data, start up/ shutdown data (for critical machines) and historical data in online and offline machinery management systems.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Engineering degree holder
  • Certified ISO 18436-2 Vibration Analysis Category 2 or equivalent
  • Certified ISO 18436-4 Lubrication Analysis Category 2 or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of operation and maintenance of rotating machinery ín an oil and gas industry environment
  • High level of competence in the application of Condition Monitoring, utilizing as a
  • Vibration Monitoring
  • Lube Oil Analysis
  • Rotating Equipment Performance Testing
  • Process Data Logging

7.Must be flexible with the ability to travel with overnight stays
