  • Level 6/7: $83,130 – $102,937 + 17% Superannuation

The Safe and Respectful Communities team is responsible for leading the University’s work to prevent student related sexual assault and harassment from occurring on our campuses and for providing coordinated response and support if it does happen. The team is responsible for the SARC Action Plan, SARC governance, SARC policies and procedures, training, SARC projects.
The Safe and Respectful Communities Coordinator’s are responsible for the management of student critical incidents and the investigation and associated outcomes of student general misconduct management as required according to policy and procedure. These positions forms part of the SARC team as such will work across the SARC program of work to support the creation of a safe and respectful environment for students.
This position requires response to out of hours critical incidents and urgent matters. This may include attendance in residence outside of business hours for critical incidents as defined by University policy. Therefore the incumbent will need to reside within a 30 minute radius of the UOW Wollongong Campus.
