Customer Care Consultant – Outbound Campaigns  10HE

 

Primary Location WA-Perth – North-Balcatta Office
Organization Customer Service

You know what do to because you’ve worked on outbound campaigns in a call centre environment.

You’ve mastered the skill of creating positive long-term outcomes for customers and you plan, ask questions, listen, give advice, and negotiate.

You lead conversations and ensure every customer feels valued and comfortable.

You’re proactive and persistent, but most importantly; you’re patient and resilient.

Your exemplary telephone manner and attention to detail guarantees customers receive a high-quality experience where you take the stress away and do the thinking for customers.

 

Join our newly created team in Balcatta and provide accurate and professional advice on our outbound campaigns.

Opportunities available:

  • Full time hours are 37.5 hours a week (5 days per week, 7.5 hours a day)
  • Part time hours are 25 hours a week (5 days per week, 5 hours per day)
  • Opening hours 8am – 5pm – You’ll need to be available and flexible to work between these hours
  • Please note part time you will be required to work full time for the initial training of 2 weeks
