About the Team
The Office of Student and University Planning’s (OSUP) focus is to equip staff across the University with efficient and quality data processing, and robust data analytics that will inform, test and optimise experiences and performance.

About the Opportunity
There are two fixed-term opportunities available for Student Finance Officers who are committed to delivering robust and efficient student finance processes within the University.

You will be responsible for providing operational and transactional support to manage all aspects of the University’s student fees requirements. You will also assist in the day-to-day delivery of complex student finance processes, and will provide advice to students and stakeholders across the University on student-related financial matters.

Please see below the details of the two positions;

  • Fixed term until 31 July 2023 – this position’s primary focus will be on data clean up with a focus on student credit and debt in the system, including following up students on outstanding debt and processing refunds of credit, where appropriate
  • Fixed term until 28 February 2024 – this position will focus on key student finance activities and milestones across the calendar year including ensuring compliance with new and existing Government legislation

The positions will be based at the Kingswood campus, with some flexibility to work from home, in line with the University’s flexible work arrangements.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 7 $113,831o $122,779 p.a. (comprising Salary of $96,189 to $103,750 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
