Senior Housekeeping Supervisor
Key duties include:
- Perform all necessary housekeeping activities to ensure guest rooms are serviced according to hotel standards
- Leading a high performing housekeeping team
- Stock take, ordering amenities, rostering and developing procedures and policies
- Ensure guest comfort at all times
- Respond to guest requests politely and efficiently
- Working in a safe and efficient manner at all times
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working in a housekeeping department as team leader or supervisor
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction
- Excellent attention to detail
- High standards of presentation both for yourself and your work
- Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
- Strong communication
- Have knowledge & understanding of OH&S policies and procedures
