Intent of the process
The results of this competition may be used to staff similar term or indeterminate positions within the Human Resources Division.

Job Summary

Working with a team of Human Resources professionals, you will support and enhance the councils’ HR Client Services delivery, providing HR administrative services in the areas of staffing and classification.

Statement of Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma

A diploma in the field of administrative support would be considered an asset

Degree equivalency

Experience

Experience providing administrative services
Experience responding to client requests
Experience in data input and extraction for reports considered an asset
Experience working in an HR environment considered an asset

Knowledge

Knowledge of general administrative procedures
Knowledge of current office technologies and standard office software (MS office)
