As part of its strategic development towards the factory of the future, the LILLY production site based in Fegersheim (near Strasbourg / 1200 employees), is recruiting on a permanent contract, a Process Engineer m/f

Missions :

Attached to the Engineering Department of the site, the main missions will be for aseptic processes, inspections or assembly and packaging:

Provide operational support:
o Coordinate corrective actions to secure and guarantee the continuity of production operations in the event of events.

o Investigate the non-compliance of process systems using methodological tools (RCA, FMEA).

Ensure and maintain the qualified state of production facilities:
o Prepare and execute qualification documentation (DQ, IQ/OQ, etc.).

o Prepare and monitor the trial, analyze and process data from the trial.

Identify the sources of productivity and reliability on the installations
existing:
o Propose actions to increase productivity and the level of quality.

o Set up and manage reliability actions to maintain installations in compliance with the quality reference system and with engineering standards.

o Write, coordinate and conduct studies/tests as part of cross-functional projects, actions or initiatives.

Participate in “new product” projects

Train staff in new practices using training modules
