Salary: $130,279 CAD minimum, based on experience

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leads and develops a cross functional team for sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year go to market strategy that supports an expanded growth strategy for this key growth line of business: technology, selling, marketing, service-oriented strategies to maximize growth
  • Manage departmental P&L: sales, margin, expense
  • Responsible for delivering/growing I&R revenue and developing margin-enhancing initiatives to drive profitability, including selling services
  • Collaborate with SPP Promo Sales leaders and sales teams to further penetrate existing accounts and manage growing customer base
  • Collaborate with other cross functional partners: Merchandising, Marketing, IT, Account Services to ensure organizational alignment to initiatives and activity
  • Develop solutions that are suited to penetrate wider Staples audience of contract customers
  • Leads/manages a dedicated C&E cross functional team inclusive of sales, operations, product, and marketing
  • Supports growth, training, and development of associates
  • Conducts regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to maintain visibility into accounts, to ensure projects are on track, and to provide coaching
  • Conducts performance reviews and other duties in alignment with the requirements of SPP managers

 

What you bring to the table:

  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to quickly move from analysis to action
  • Experience with collaborating within organization beyond immediate sphere of influence.
  • Strong experience leading teams in delivering technology-based solutions
  • Proven leadership experience in effectively mentoring and motivating high performance teams
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to convey complex concepts simply.

 

Qualifications :

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience leading teams in mid-large organizations and driving sales and profit performance. Proven experience in SaSS selling situations.

 

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • MS / MBA in a related field
