About the job

Based in Uedem, Germany, you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavor. You will install, operate and maintain CORE Systems software, databases and other applications and ICT platforms. You will also implement procedures, tools and techniques for monitoring and managing the performance of applications and ICT platforms. About you

We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable Senior Technician (Information Systems AirC2) with ideally higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with at least 4 years post-related experience.

Experience and knowledge in the installation and maintenance of system software such as operating systems, data management products, office automation products and other utility software is required. Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
