Civil Engineer Civil Engineer (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
Planning and implementation of conversion and renovation measures
planning office
and production facilities, taking into account safety, ergonomic, acoustic and barrier-free requirements.
Participation in the planning and project planning of building installations and facilities (treatment, ventilation and ventilation systems) as well as supply and disposal systems (water, heating, air, network, energy security technology, etc.)
Have the statics and hall construction calculated on the basis of estimated information on the weight and scope of systems and equipment
Participation in budget planning for maintenance and conversion measures
Estimate the costs of the systems and facilities
Draft, approval and execution planning for construction measures
Scheduling, control and monitoring of the construction process
Your profile:
Completed bachelor’s/master’s/diploma degree in architecture/construction
Work experience in industrial construction
Experience in project work
Good knowledge of German, basic knowledge of English
Tools:
Good knowledge of AutoCAD
Good knowledge of the MS Office package
Good knowledge of MS Project
Knowledge of MS Visio is desirable
