These are your responsibilities:
✓ Further strategic development and improvement of the Vivira CRM system to achieve the set corporate goals
✓ Owner of the CRM systems (Doctors and Patients)
✓ Discussion, refinement and recommendation of strategies
✓ Support of the Marketing, Sales and Success teams to map workflows and campaign processes via the CRM system
✓ Interface to all departments using CRM
✓ Perspective: Development and implementation of a new CRM system (Hubspot or Pipedrive)
✓ Tools: Open source CRM systems, PHP, ISO-27001, ISO-13485, Confluence, ESPO CRM

This is what you should bring:
✓ At least 5 years’ work experience in CRM Management with Tech Knowledge
✓ Experience in: Implementing customer journeys, communication channels and sales/marketing strategies through a CRM system
✓ At least Bachelor, Master or Diploma, alternatively: Many years of relevant professional experience
✓ English
