A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a global, market leading global educational technology company. Avantis develops cutting edge products for the education sector and has received global recognition and multiple awards for its latest innovation; ClassVR. We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Manager to support marketing initiatives, globally.

You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to create and deliver marketing campaigns and activities and assist in developing Avantis’ integrated marketing plan, all in line with the company’s global strategy.

You will be a motivated and confident marketing professional and be able to actively contribute to the company’s marketing activities and take responsibility for day-to-day operations. As the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the sales teams and our channel partners to drive marketing campaigns, build brand awareness and support lead generation to deliver on the company’s aggressive growth plans.

This is a hands-on role and the ability to prioritise, deliver under tight timescales and roll your sleeves up and get the job done is essential.

Key responsibilities

· Create and optimise web content including monthly blog writing

· Support digital marketing communication including social media and email marketing

· Work closely with channel partners and develop joint marketing campaigns

· Contribute to reporting, accountability and ROI from marketing activity

· Represent and convey Avantis’ brand in all internal and external messaging

· Assist with exhibition and event management for local and global events

· Support and coordinate direct marketing campaigns

· Support internal communications strategy

· Assist with advocacy and affiliate marketing

· Any other ad-hoc marketing related tasks

· Strong IT skill including Microsoft Office applications

· Experience with content management systems (WordPress preferrable)

· Previous experience of using CRM and marketing automation software (Zoho preferred)

Educational: Degree in a Marketing or business-related degree.

Experience: Minimum 2 years B2B marketing experience. IT or EdTech experience preferred.

Location: Office based in Gloucester desirable but willing to consider hybrid.

Salary: DOE
