We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our branch in Ipswich.

Salary Circa £35,000.00 pa basic

Bonus available.

08.30am – 17.00pm Monday to Friday

What you will do

· Execution and development of the marketing plan utilising the full mix of marketing channels.

· Work closely with a variety of business stakeholders to deliver market compelling campaigns from start to end that look to generate sales opportunity and engage our target audience.

· Analyse marketing data to monitor ROI and make suggestions for future actions to improve output based on trends and results.

· Optimise digital performance by improving customer experience whilst also driving traffic to the website. Work closely with digital marketing agency to ensure paid acquisition channels (PPC, Social & Display) are meeting objectives.

· Maintain and improve business website with a particular focus on producing engaging content that is relevant to users and meets SEO & keyword expectations to improve organic search performance.

· Support the creation and delivery of unique content and improve social media outcomes through the development of the Marketing & Communications Assistant.

· Support the businesses employee engagement plan through effective internal engagement

Manage the supply of branded merchandise/gifts & uniform.

Who You Are?

· Excellent communication, listening and literacy skills – excellent written English is essential.

· Strategic mindset with a hand on approach

· Rounded experience of digital marketing (Web, Social, Paid Media, Email)

· Demonstrated experience of creating and delivering marketing campaigns that generate sales opportunity

Exposure to working across multiple channels and content creation
